Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions
This Policy defines how personal data of users of the ERUS.
The personal data operator is ERUS (hereinafter: the Operator).
This Policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
2. What data is collected
When you submit the appointment form, the following may be processed:
- name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- information from the Comment field.
3. Processing purposes
- processing the booking request;
- contacting you to arrange an appointment time.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the user’s consent and only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.
5. Storage and access
Data is stored no longer than needed for the processing purposes. Access is limited to people who need it to handle the request.
Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
6. User rights
You may request clarification, blocking, or deletion of data, and withdraw consent, by contacting ermedical@yandex.com.
7. Cookies and embedded services
The site uses cookies and embedded services for proper operation, user convenience, and traffic analysis.
Technical cookies: required for site operation:
- booking form token (protection against automated submissions);
- language preference cookie (Uzbek / Tajik / Kazakh / English);
- cookie notice acknowledgement cookie.
Analytics services: help understand how users interact with the site (anonymised statistics):
- Yandex Metrica: traffic counter (YANDEX LLC, Russia), enabled after cookie consent.
Embedded services:
- Yandex map on the address page: to show the clinic location.
